I'm glad new fans have a quality place to visit to get good information and media right away. That's also true, there are many fandom sites with misinformation or bad lyrics. When anyone can edit anything and make free wiki's, it gets crazy. That's why AHS and WKKW are top :)

Even "No Man's Land", while understated, was great, and I prefer her cover of Kelly Clarkson's "Can We Go Back". She's so perfect for rock music. I'd just like to know for sure that this is her before I go see some random band... And, again, that is, if they come to the US. If they do, it's likely LA or NY and both are a bit too far for some people I may or may not know :/

2022.06.11 12:32		Is anyone else a little frustrated that so many of her releases are locked behind the fanclub paywall? It's probably expensive to produce those products and they want to make sure to cut down on scalping (that isn't happening tho) but there are so many singles I haven't been able to buy because they're FC only, or I can't get home releases of concerts because they're bonus DVDs on FC releases. I'm a little soured about it lately.

I'm just gonna say what I said in the shoutbox and on YouTube: I liked it. I think the down parts of the song don't need so much autotune, but it's good. The video is intriguing, colorful and the dance is great. I got serious MAIKO or Fuko choreography vibes. But I'm wondering about that mask at 2:40 minute mark. Very cyberpunk at a time when cyberpunk is very popular. SUPER DUPER K, indeed!

I hope I didn't come off sounding rude, it's just been hard to get used to Kuu's style change since about WOML for me, and I got excited hearing tracks that sounded like stuff from her TABOO--Summer Trip era. I still love her new stuff, but I'm a nostalgic person lol. I didn't mean to imply she isn't genuine, it's just American influence in global music has been so rampant the past few years, and the reason I got into J-Pop was because it was so vastly different from American music lol.
2020.11.13 17:15		AMAZING. It feels like older Kuu, and as though she's NOT trying to sound American. It's got such a unique, genuine feel that I haven't heard since like UNIVERSE, JAPONESQUE... I'm really happy. Alarm, I'm lovin', all of the ballads... even Killer Monster and WORK IT. WORK IT reminds me a bit of Lay Down. I can't wait for the albums to drop!! (also, that neon coin purse is sooo cute!)

Also, the continuing visual aesthetic of dark black contrasted by vibrant neon colors is nice to see. It's very beautiful. I wonder if the PV will be underwater, it kind of looks that way!
2020.10.30 02:59		I think it's gonna be like something off DNA. For monsteR, though, I hope we see more songs like OUTTA MY HEAD, Work That, and Pin Drop. While I like her sexy/aggressive songs and cute stuff, she's also a master at that weird middle ground of sexy electropop and dance numbers. I've been hooked on those kinds of releases since UNIVERSE, and hope that maybe this will fall into the middle ground. I actually only JUST saw the Cherry Girl movie a few months ago, when I binged a bunch of Kuu videos during quarantine. I really loved it, even though it was corny, because she's always so fun to watch - a lot of her on-stage and interlude-movie personality translated into her acting, and I loved it. She's a very high-energy performer, and it shows in her acting too. Whatever the role, however big it is, I'm just happy for her and excited to watch!

It wasn't her best performance but considering all the complications of COVID upon the entertainment industry, and the precautions necessary to be able to put on a show, it was quite a feat. I really hate that her twentieth anniversary happened upon this year, but she made the most out of it, and it's great that many outlets have noticed. :)

A 20th anniversary without milestones like TAKE BACK, TABOO and real Emotion - even if it's in a medley - wouldn't feel very much like a 20th anniversary show, as I was talking about below. I'm also super happy she finally performed "GOT ME GOING". It's probably the newest song in the recent years that I'm most addicted to. "BASSLINE" is also a favorite of mine as it harkens back to lounge songs like MORE. I'm kinda mad at myself for not watching it live, but it WAS at midnight my time lol. Thank you for sharing, I can't wait to watch!
2020.09.12 03:10		I'm disappointed too :( This is her TWENTIETH anniversary. This is huge. I was eagerly awaiting the release of this, but... yeah, it's all music from 2014-- on, with a few exceptions. I feel like it's avex meddling, due to the fact that her sales have been on the decline since AND. Which is again avex's fault, since they haven't given her the budget to make as many PVs or physical singles. So I think avex is trying to get people re-interested in her recent releases... I don't like it. It should be a celebration of her career. This doesn't feel like something Kuu would put together. For one thing, where's TAKE BACK? She always gives her proper dues to the debut single. And real Emotion? That was groundbreaking for her. CUTIE HONEY was also a career boost, and she's said she owes a lot to that cover for being where she is today. Ai no Uta is one of the best J-Pop love songs of the 2000s, and Moon Crying too. Where are they? FANTASIA was very diverse, even THE ARTIST, which I wasn't that psyched about, contained pivotal and beloved music. 20th anniversary feels like Kumi sticking to rebranding herself and forgetting 2000-2014. I also agree with sodium about the DVD, though I think it's almost all misses. Hurry Up! from TRICK was easily one of the best feats she's ever done at a live show, I can't even remember stay with me. And yeah, the drum performance of No Man's Land (so underrated a song btw) is burned into my memory. So Nice was a very dull start to that show, she couldn't even walk... And I think It's All Love! never gets the attention it deserves - her performance with misono at FANTASIA was insane fun. Overall I think the FC lost out with this one. I'm nervous about the concert now, too, and I don't think I'll be attending the online show.

There is information on discogs.com for you to use to list the tracks, and I can help with info and scans too, as I have quite a few of the CDs, promos and vinyls ^^ * Adding her "COME WITH ME" vinyl to the database * Adding things like her SANKYO FEVER DVDs & books & merch. * Or, instead of all of that, allowing submissions (pending approval) to the database! I realize it is a lot of work for just a few people, so maybe we the site users could help gathering images, dates of release, related tour/promotion/ad campaign for things that are missing?
2020.10.13 17:30	[Japonesque Kingdom] : Tips for Global FC	Hi there! I'm having problems submitting my Tenso address for the Global Fanclub Shop. When I go to paste my address (千住曙町４２-４　ＴＳ_____), there are not enough spaces for me to enter the entire address! If I write it in English letters, there aren't enough. If I paste it in Kanji and Romaji numbers, there is enough room, but the Fanclub says my address is wrong. Can you please help?
